These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77ee website and all related services, features, and content offered by 77ee ("77ee", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77ee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77ee and apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing any part of 77ee's services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

77ee reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals who have previously breached these Terms, individuals who provide false information during registration, or individuals attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the 77ee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

To use the full range of 77ee services, including placing bets and accessing live casino games, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. You may register by providing your mobile phone number and creating a secure password. To complete registration you will be required to verify your phone number via a one-time SMS code.

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and have access to. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and security alerts.
• You must create a password that is sufficiently secure. 77ee recommends a password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse a password you use on other platforms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

77ee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on 77ee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77ee does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 77ee accepts no responsibility.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's 77ee wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, please contact 77ee support before making a second deposit attempt.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically completed within 10 minutes under normal conditions.
• 77ee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain threshold amounts, or where the account activity is deemed to require additional verification. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until such checks are completed satisfactorily.
• Funds deposited into a 77ee account may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the 77ee platform. The use of 77ee as a money transfer service or for any purpose other than entertainment gaming is strictly prohibited.

77ee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review of the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77ee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, which must be read and accepted before opting into any offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail.

• All bonuses at 77ee are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover amount and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it.
• 77ee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to an account and for which the rollover process has already commenced will not be withdrawn retroactively, unless there is evidence of abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. 77ee uses technical and identity-based checks to detect duplicate bonus claims and reserves the right to void any bonus it determines to have been claimed in breach of this rule.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to any maximum winnings cap stated in the individual promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins that exceed the stated cap will be removed from the player's balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77ee platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and will be displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing a bet.

• A bet is confirmed only when 77ee has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid and will not be settled. Players are responsible for confirming that their bet has been accepted before assuming it is active.
• 77ee reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human pricing error. 7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their 77ee account at all times. 77ee will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. 9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ee platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 77ee reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, and to forfeit any funds held in such accounts.

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts registered under different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a prior account suspension.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or gain any advantage not available to other players using the platform manually.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the 77ee platform for any purpose related to money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or system malfunction on the 77ee platform to obtain funds, credits, or any other advantage. Players who discover a technical error must notify 77ee support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards 77ee staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any other support medium provided by 77ee.

77ee's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Where a prohibited activity is identified, 77ee may, in addition to closing the account, report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh as required by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ee platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 77ee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 77ee brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of 77ee.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the 77ee platform in any way without the express written consent of 77ee. Any unauthorised use of 77ee's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to legal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77ee platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions in placing bets or playing games, including losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules or betting odds.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures that are beyond 77ee's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, or from a player granting access to their account to a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77ee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 77ee's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

77ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 77ee will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is the responsibility of each player to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
